This is the best thing I've seen in New York City in a while....possibly ever. This kid, Matt Sax, is AMAZING. So extremely talented. I cannot say enough generic good things about him, but if you want someone who writes better than I do (and trust me, he inspires me to write better and make music...or at least learn music software!), read the NY Times review:

I came out of it just...in awe. And he's like my age. And he's a Jew from Westchester who loves hip hop and can MAKE hip hop - and he doesn't come off full of himself because he's still starting out. Like when I saw Kanye at MSG, for example, he spent 5 minutes on a tired about how the people at Bonnaroo were mean to him. Boo hoo - he could've written a song in that time. And he CERTAINLY doesn't have the physical theatre skills of Matt Sax.
